This can be either a keynote or seminar where I get audience participation. They often gladly share the how's and the why's of why they can't be, do and have what it is they've been striving for and say they want. They often get in touch with how they've been getting what they want and then sabotaging themselves through unconscious beliefs and thought patterns. Throughout the talk, many aHA moments arise as audience members realize that they continue to carry baggage they never even knew they were carrying and they go on to improve their work performances and relationships at home and at work.
